Can't confirm Bank account because it dissapeared

Two days ago I added a bank account to my paypal and then waited for the confirmation transactions to arrive. When I logged in yesterday, my added bank account wasn't there anymore and today, I received the two transactions nesseccary to confirm the bank account.
So even thought I have received the two transactions from paypal, I can't confirm my bank account because it is there anymore. It also seems like that I cant the account anew because every time I try to do that I get an error. (unable to process this request. Try again later).
I hope someone can help me.
