I recently obtained a new phone number and would like to change my primary. I had changed the primary number. But when I change my browser and internet, then PayPal ask to Verify my account. (We don't recognize the device you're using.)
So, for verifying, PayPal send text message to old old number.
How can I permanently change my old number to new number.
I want to get verifying message to my new phone number.
