Can Paypal reset my account entirely?

When I went to add my bank account to paypal I have to put in some information. I accidently misinputted one field and now they want me go send them a whole bunch of documents, some of which I do not have. Right now I can't even use my debit card on ebay when the $500 dollar limit is reached because it is linked to my Paypal account. Is there anyway that Paypal can just restart the process so I can reinput the information?

You entered information which made it impossible for PayPal to verify information it needed.  You now need to fix that by supplying PayPal with the required information.

You could also call PayPal customer service and talk to a specialist.

As for a reset, PayPay has serious questions about your identity or something else so they cannot reset your account and pretend all is fine.
