I recently recieved a message that my account was banned due to being "linked to other accounts" and "suspicious transactions". My account is not linked to any other accounts and the only recent transactions were me buying something on Walmart.com and getting small payouts via well known art sites, yet I log in to Paypal and my account is indeed "permantly limited".
I am trying to get further information on what account mine is supposedly linked to and what the suspicious transactions are, as my account/email may have been hacked and my information stolen.
