Bank name not recognized when trying to set up online payment for Smart Connect Credit Card

I've been on hold with PayPal's incredibly useless customer service line for 45 minutes now. All I want to do is pay my **bleep** credit card bill. Wtf?
I also tried to correspond with PayPal via email with this and got a useless form letter that didn't contain a solution.
Anyone?
This **bleep**.

Something to try, if you have the bank routing number, do a search on it thru this link. The database will tell how ACH system has the bank listed. PayPal is very picky with bank names.
