I haven't received any verification payments for my bank account confirmation to my PayPal account yet my bank account still got confirmed without verifying any payments anyway. Has anyone else had that happen to them?
It's likely that you went thru Paypal's instant verification method that's why your bank account got confirmed automatically. this normallly happens when you link a bank account by providing your bank account logins and password. once you choose the banks that you want to link, it gets confirmed automatically.
