App on iPhone 6 issue after 10/25/15 update

Ever since the 10/25/15 update I cannot log into the PayPal app on my iPhone. Keep getting the message that PayPal is having problems right now.? I can use PayPal mobile from the paypal website just fine. What's up with the app? I have deleted and reinstalled 5 times. Still doesn't work.
