Adding a credit card - Error

Hello,dear PayPal community!

I am writting you because I have troubles linking my debit card.

The problem is this  : I have a debit card, Visa, from Banca Transilvania ( A romanian bank ) and it looks like every time i'd try to link my card with my paypal account, it fails. I am desperated  (   -.- " ) because i need to make a payment on ebay and it won't accept my credit card.

And also, do you, guys, have a list with bank/credit/debit cards that can be linked to  paypal?

And is the any way in which i could pay my items from ebay directly with my paypal balance?

You should be able to link a Visa card from a Romanian bank, as to why you can't, we would not know.  (We are assuming that you don't have US PayPal Account but, a Romanian PayPal Account.)
