Hello,dear PayPal community! I am writting you because I have troubles linking my debit card. The problem is this : I have a debit card, Visa, from Banca Transilvania ( A romanian bank ) and it looks like every time i'd try to link my card with my paypal account, it fails. I am desperated ( -.- " ) because i need to make a payment on ebay and it won't accept my credit card. Thank you! And also, do you, guys, have a list with bank/credit/debit cards that can be linked to paypal? And is the any way in which i could pay my items from ebay directly with my paypal balance?
