I'm trying to add my bank account to PayPal credit to pay my balance. I called the bank and got the correct number but PayPal can't process it and no one answers a phone call to help so I am just going to mail them a check and never use their credit again, unless someone can help me find a way to link my account. PayPal could at least have someone besides a useless computer to answer the phone. Really bad service!!
If you are getting this error message then most likely your bank account was already added up to a paypal account and got DISABLED. you may need to contact customer service so they can check your bank account status from your previous paypal account (if you have any). you can also contact Paypal via Facebook or Twitter.
