Account limited! No response from Paypal

Hi ,
My account has been limited by paypal as i reported some unauthorized transaction from my account. I have submitted all the required documents but all them are in still processing status. There one item that i could not resolve which is "Confirm identity" . The process asked me to enter a new but its not possible to a new card when it is limited. Also , i do not have a phone number on my own name but my husband. So , tried to add a phone number but failed that too.
Sent a message to Paypal already but still havent heard back from them. Can any one help ?
