Account Holder DOB in Settings->Business Info ... says it's invalid

It's asking for Account Holder Date of Birth under Settings->Business Information, in form MM/DD/YYYY, so I put mine in. It's saying the form I put in is invalid, so I tried M/D/YYYY, I try M/D/YY, I try DD/MM/YYYY, nothing is working. What gives? 😕

Sometimes the system gets a bit goofy and there's not much you can do.

You can try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close the browser, reopen it and retry.  If nothing changes, then you need to contact customer support for assistance.  They have access to account details and should be able to help you out.

I am getting this same error, I switched browsers, computers and tried different DOB layouts but I'm still getting the error.

I can find no complaints about this prior to November 2013 so maybe something was changed?

So because of that bug - IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO UPDATE ANY OTHER data in my business ingormation...

Same problem here.
Trying to get an account setup and It wont let me sign up for Paypal Here without a date of birth.
I have tried IE and firefox, I have tried all different formats. It's just broken!

I want to make some changes to my business profile and it accepts everything else but will not accept a DOB.

It just keeps saying the DOB is invalid which means I cannot make any changes.

It is disappointing that PayPal does not appear to read these forums.

Exact same problem when trying to update my business email address.  The email no longers exists so you can see how this is a big problem

Am seeing the same error. Pretty sure I would have entered all the necessary info when I first signed up. I really needed to edit my Website URL and it tells me:

Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.
