I'm a seller on eBay and use Paypal regularly. Of course, Paypal gets a lot of money from my transactions, at least $3,500.00/month.
I sold recently an item, and the buyer paid for it the same day. I shipped the item out 2 days later, and the 4th day, surprise. Paypal took that payment and returned to the buyer without verifying the transaction or seing if the item was shipped.
I've called Paypal Rep many times; and finally spoke with a girl. She promised me to make a claim for me, and tried to calm me down with her promises. 3 days after, nothing done. Not even a simple note on my Paypal account.
Is it the new Paypal policies to treat its customers? Lying and doing nothing?
Paypal is really irresponsible to its customers. They take money from every transaction, but do NOTHING to/for their clients.
SHAME on you, Paypal.
You don't desreve money you take from your customers.
If you have a little bit of moral values, or if you understand the word "ethic", you will return all fees you take from your clients.
SHAME on you.
