Ok, here's my situation. I just sold two items to the same guy (two separate listings) and was wondering how I can combine shipping on the items. When I try to print label it wants to do different one for each item. Just be a drag to have to send in two shipments when they are going to the same place.
Assuming a CA account looks similar to a US account. You need to use the Multi-Order Shipping feature. After you login to your account, look for the Multi-Order Shipping Link. Once loaded, you can select and combine your orders into one shipment.
