I'm having trouble figuring out how to set up my shipping for my website. I know that, through Paypal I have the option to set my rates at either flat or percentage (not by weight - which **bleep**). I have linked my UPS account into my Paypal account but do not see any settings for it or information on how to use it. What does the customer see when checking out??
I have never bought anything using paypal so have no idea how it works. And spending hours combing through paypals 796 pages of info and all the community forums has, if anything, made me even more clueless on this subject.
Can someone PLEASE explain this subject to me?? Thanks!
