Hi there PayPal community,
I just recently got into selling clothes on a popular site called Grailed. The site can be directly linked to paypal and this grabbed my attention since I have used paypal before and never have gotten any issues. But every time I try to sell this one item, the buyer gets refunded RIGHT AWAY! I have tried eveything and we have tried the transaction 4 times. Including a couple minutes ago. I do not know what is causing the instant refund but it is very annoying since the buyer is losing interest and I just do not think it is fair for my business to be affected due to issues with payments. Any help would be appreciated from you guys, I have called paypal more than 3 times and they keep telling me it is something from his end... He says it is from my end so I am confused and frustrated with the situation. Thanks for your help.
