So i transfered my money to my account and it hasn't shown up in 3 days. And on paypal it says its completed. So wheres my money

no idea, suggest you contact customer services so they can put a trace on it.

How do i get to a actual person. And evertime i call it asks for a onetime passcode whats that

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > on that page should be the code you have to give them.
