A seller had to return goods to me, with tracking in order to get his refund. it has been 11 days, and the tracking doesn't even show it entering Canada yet. When i shipped the item to him, he had it in hand in 8 days.
how long does paypal wait to release funds on hold for a refund if there is no sign of the item yet?
