The seller have been telling me the item was lost in transit and he is filing a clame over to Purolater and apperently I still havent get my money back.

If the buyer is going through his or her credit card issuer, they can do a chargeback.  PayPal only allows 45 days from the date of purchase so we have to assume the chargeback is coming from the buyer's credit card issuer.  Unfortunately you can't file a claim, it's the buyer who can.

Yes I am the buyer. And yes my paypal account is linked to my credit card.

So is it possible to file a report through my credit card?
