Possible Scam/Fraud after nearly 90 days. WHAT can i DO.

Hi everyone
Just wondering what can i do after nearly 90 days since payment sent.
The seller have been telling me the item was lost in transit and he is filing a clame over to Purolater and apperently I still havent get my money back.
Can i still file a report/claim now?
I havve all the chat history between me and the seller

If the buyer is going through his or her credit card issuer, they can do a chargeback. PayPal only allows 45 days from the date of purchase so we have to assume the chargeback is coming from the buyer's credit card issuer. Unfortunately you can't file a claim, it's the buyer who can.

Yes I am the buyer. And yes my paypal account is linked to my credit card.
So is it possible to file a report through my credit card?
