Hello I need help, I sold a phone, to send to an international buyer, my funds are in hold and now I receive an email where it says I must send 170 dollars to release the money. Before I received a paypal email where I said that I would write the tracking number, I did it but it seems that this email is not paypal. What do I do, where the real tracking number is sent to paypal. please!!!

Per the details you posted - you're in some kind of scam.   Hopefully you didn't ship the item.
