I have recently gone overseas and not checked into my paypal account for some time and when i first logged onto the account i got a scare when i saw my balance was at $0 and my account had been cleaned out and when i tried to dispute these payments i was greeted with this message "You cannot dispute a transaction of this type." I do not understand why i cannot open a dispute please help.
