A few days ago, My Paypal account balance mysteriously went negative. I soon discovered that a buyer had filed a chargeback supposedly for an unauthorized transaction. Also, I went to buy some groceries and almost had to have them put back several dozen items because my paypal debit card was declined. Also, I am going to have to change my internet and phone billing because my Paypal debit card no longer works! I AM MAD NOW BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT SELLER PROTECTION WOULD PROTECT ME FROM FRAUDULENT BUYERS AND CHARGEBACKS! BUT WHAT PAYPAL DOES IS IT TAKES YOUR FUNDS FIRST AND INVESTIGATES LATER. Now I have to wait for who knows how long for them to investigate and restore my funds. Needless to say, I won't be selling anything else until this resolves.
