Hi there folks,
I'm in need of help and/or advice here. So about two or three days ago, I was checking my bank account to make sure everything was in order as I typically do every once in a while, and I noticed a strange charge through paypal. It wasn't a small charge either, it was 300 dollars. So, I of course immediately filed a report to paypal for an unauthorized transaction thinking I would immediately get it resolved, especially considering these factors: 1. I've never, ever made a transaction that large through paypal, and my purchase history is almost exclusively for steam and riot points 2. I've never had a transaction with this person before, and its not even a name, just a random email. 3. I checked the different types of transactions that you can make on paypal, goods and services and sending money for a friend, and I assume this one is good and services as it says at the bottom of the payment details that I can refund shipping or something. I don't even see a shipping or tracking number involved, though I don't know if that would even be on there. 300 dollars is a lot of money and paypal rejected my claim. I would really like to get it back and I'm not sure what to do now. Can someone help me?
