I Want to know how can i make complaint to european community against paypal decesion as i feel it s unfaire.
those transcation are honestly unautorized and it were accessed by different ips, overmore date of those transcation is different and account been hacked afew times even passsword with changed many times. all those factors and paypal denided case. i want my money back refunded at full.
