Unable to File Dispute

Everytime i try to dispute the item, I enter the comment of why im disputing, but then it says i already have an open dispute on that item and to check my open disputes. I go to my disputes and there is nothing there. Does anyone know a workaround for this? Paypal keeps just sending me the same email everytime i ask for help.
