Buyer refused a shipment of an item I sold to him on eBay instead of going through the returns process. Buyer opens up a SNAD claim on PayPal. Claim granted and PayPal takes the money from my account. Buyer some how opens up a second claim for the same item. This time a INR claim. It was opened and closed in buyers favor in seconds accoring to the timestamp from PayPal e-mails. I was never given an opportunity to respond. PayPal again takes the money out of my account. So now I am out double the money for the one item, eBay fees and shipping fee. My question is..... WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON?

F it. I'll just let them steal my money. It has taken up way to much time with no success. It wasn't a high dollar item anyway. They can just keep the money they stole. forget it.

That is horrible. Almost the same as my situation. In mine the buyer opened a not as described case. Then while the not as described case was still open, they opened an item not received case. They won both cases for same transaction and my account was debited twice. The appeal button does not work and phone calls to customer service resulted in a long hold then disconnect. Paypal customer service is a joke. There is no seller protection in paypal unless it is an unauthorized transaction. Then you have protection and can supply a tracking number to win a case. Otherwise they always rule in buyers favor.
