My buyer opned a case with Ebay as the item is showing stuck at the couriers central hub for over a week. I'm happy to refund and claim through them, but clicking to refund in Ebay just says 'There's a problem with this refund, go to your paypal account'. In paypal, I can see the payment is held. So there's no refund option in paypal and I can't through Ebay...any ideas please?
