Hello,
Has anyone had a catch 22 with the resolution center and LinkShe? This chinese clothier sent me two items I needed to return due to damaged garment and one being too small. They offered me 30% of the price and this didn't seem fair. I escallated to paypal and they agreed I deserved to return the items but required that I provide a tracking number. So I go to UPS and it cost $140 to ship with a tracking number and the total items cost $78! Now paypal is only giving me two choices in the resolution center. Cancel the claim or provide the tracking number! This is so frustrating. I know from returning to other Chinese clothes companies, I would ship to a US location and it cost me only $20 to return so this is really not a fair business practice.
Has anyone else had any luck with resolving an issue like this. How to do I get to Palpal when they won't give me the option t continue to fight this company.

I would avoid doing business with this company AND with PayPal. The latter protects the former due to the almighty dollar. LinkShe is in China and continue to steal from its customers. PayPal does nothing about it. Help me spread the word about both. I recommend using Venmo or another payment service.

How do I contact a real person. Apparently I have been scammed by Linkshe. I purchased 3 swim suits that were awful. Terrible material, and didn't even come close to fitting. I filled out a return ticket and now the only responce that I get is that my order is unreturnable. I didn't go through paypal, however my bank statement says I went through Paypal in San Jose? Any help I can get from anyone, would be great.
Thanks.

Sounds as if you paid as a guest buyer.
If so then you can phone customer services and ask them to open a claim OR you can contact your card issuer and ask them to do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I had the most unfortunate experience of ordering from LinkShe. Unaware that the company was in China, I order the infamous "black jumpsuit" only to receive a sack with straps, made from the same material that is used for my children's halloween costumes at Walmart! With no way to contact the seller (which I believe they do intentionally), I contact paypal to initiate a buyer protection claim. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that I would have to return the product in order to get my monies back. The problem with that was that it would cost more to send the product back than what I paid for it. I am sure that Linkshe is aware of that, which is the reason why they continue to run this scam. While it is may not be their intention, Paypal continues to provide the avenue for this company to continue to scam US citizens. Sad, but true.

I made the horrible mistake of ordering a dress from Linkshe.com! DON'T! Then I had the pleasant experience of having to pay nearly $15 for to return the item to China. Which I don't understand since the item was mailed to me from CALIFORNIA! Anyway, I called Paypal after I found out the cost of returning the item and the customer service rep assured I would be reimbursed for my return shipping charges so the next day I mailed it out. I filled out the return shipping refund form on Paypal and waited. Today I see they have determined that "I have received the maximum refunds for this transactions"
What?!?!?! I haven't even received a refund for the item yet! And it's absolutly crazy that I would have had to wait for the person in China to notify Paypal that they have received the item back seeing that I have no control over what happens to the item once it leaves my hands and is in possession of the post office! The tracking number from the post office should prove I shipped the item, not some verification from the company in china!

I AM HAVING AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL. They first told me on the phone "Not to worry that I would be getting refunded for 2 clothing items that a Chinese company (Linkshe) sent me. They were both NOT as described or shown in the pictures!!!
They were both faulty/cheap fabric and torn & extremely small even though i order 2 sizes up as their site reccommended.
Even though they promised less than a week ago that i would be refunded (taped recording). Now they are saying it is NOT handled and that I have to pay shipping to receive a refund. Shipping is going to cost more than the items did in the beginning. I Think linkshe is counting on people not wanting to pay shipping and so they just don't bother with the retun and therefore linkshe keeps our money! WHY is paypal NOT standing behind the buyer in the USA?
WHY DO THEY ALLOW THIS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING & TRADE TO WIN?
I AM SERIOUSLY GOING TO START USING VENMO OR ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD.
Is any one else having this same problem?

You cannot keep the item and your money,so to be fair to both buyer and sller, buyer is asked to return the products and get a full refund including your original shipping.
Paypal has not seen the product, pictures can be altered,so this is fair to both parties.
Paypal is not your nanny, cannot follow you around and tell you what not to buy,you use your own judgment to buy overseas, you have to accept the consequence!

One Ebay seller listed items on Ebay and under return policy,he said we do n ot pay for return postage,if you go to a local store, and want to return the item,do you ask the store to come and pick up the item or do you drive to the store to return ?
Does the store reimburse you for gas and your time?
No.
No one forces you to buy from this overseas seller,by now you should have heard all the horror stories of buying from overseas sellers, the risk of item not as described is higher than domestic purchase.

Paypal is a payment processor,it can only refund what you paid,it cannot take more than what you have paid the seller.
Now Ebay would make the seller pay return shipping ,give you a return shipping label and charge his Ebay seller account for domestic sales, but with overseas return,Ebay cannot give you a return label as it gets too complicated dealing with foreign post office, customs office .
so always remember when buying from overseas sellers, what happens if it does not pan out and I have to return the item.
