I recently sold an expensive item that the buyer decided he didn't want after already getting it and making payment. I give him a full refund but paypal says I can't get the transaction fee back because he filed a claim. Problem is he filed the claim immediately after recieving it without giving me any time to work things out with him. Does this sound right?
