Hello I need a small help, I have sold a game account and he paid me for the account, the payment is on hold and will be released to me in 3 days..the account has been delivered to him and he as updated the transaction as order delivered..I am worried that after I receive my payment can the buyer put a dispute on the payment and ask for claim..I have all the chat with the buyer saved in my phone. Is it possible for him to do it after I receive the payment in my account..

Of course he can file a dispute and get his money back as you will not be able to provide online tracking to show you delivered any goods. You have no seller protection for virtual goods.
Make sure your really udnerstand PalPolicies before making more sales.

A USPS tracking number needs to be added by the SELLER to show delivery. You add this to the PayPal tranaction record. Since you didn't ship, however, you can't add a tracking number, so you automatically loose a case of non-delivery. End.

I think many game service providers also forbid selling accounts so it might against their rules, in addition of PayPal not offering seller protection. Now you'll have to wait 6 months to see if you can really keep your money.

I agree that it's is not legal to trade game accounts..but I already sold it an the payment is on hold and would be released in 2 days..I am from India I just spoke to customer care India and they said me they can't take any legal actions in India and if the buyer claim for refund I have all the proof of conversation with the buyer where he agrees that the account has been secured by him..and the cc here said me they will just block my PayPal account because of the negative balance in the account..and further can't take any legal actions that's the exact word from them(my country is India)..so am I safe??
