We have two distinct products that we sell. One we ship by Priority Mail, the other is shipped by Ground. How do I set this up in Pay Pal?

Part of the steps provided in link above refer business accounts to get to the Shipping Calculations settings. On Personal accounts, go to seller preferences on summary page and then update Shipping Calculations settings.

I would like to have customers put in their zip codes to help calculate shippoing costs, but I do not know what that links too. IS this possible in PaYPAL?

No. What you see in the shipping calculations settings is what's available:
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/get-started/shipping-calculator
To calculate by zip code you would need some third party shopping cart with that capability. Google it.

I guessed that might be the case. There are so many things that PP doesn't do, I find that very frustrating! But very few third party shopping carts work with Everweb is my problem.
