IVe got a car for sale in Canada and have received 4 offers to purchase it from various Americans, each one is insisting to pay me with Pay Pal. They have offered to cover the PP fees as well. It all seems to good to be true, am I being scammed. Are they trying to get my car and then somehow get the money back. Please help me out if anyone has heard of this type of scam
