Seller scammed me. What should my steps be ?

Long story short, I agreed to buy a digital item and, literally minutes after I sent the payment, the seller blocked me and ceased contact. I immediately filled a dispute, less than 5 minutes after that happened. What am I supposed to tell paypal ? The only record I have is the chat with the seller.
