SCAM - Kijiji buyer asking to use PayPal only for buying Laptop

I tried to sell a laptop on Kijiji Toronto (Canada) and it looks like the scammers from the US or Africa are trolling the forums for weak minded individuals who know no better.  They are asking for my laptop to be shipped to West Africa and they are on a trip so they can't meet in person.  Funny thing is shortly after another one of these scammers or friends used the same story to try to scam me again!  Notice how they ask only about using paypal first without asking about the product condition or asking for additional pictures, how long I used the product anything!  Can anything be done to warn Paypal or Kijiji about these scams?  I looked up the area code and they seem to reside from the USA.

Guys beware of people only asking for paypal as a payment for your products!

Are you residing in Canada?

Item is in excellent functional condition.

I’ll only ship within Canada and you can ship it yourself to your son.

As far as payment goes I prefer to do Canada post collect on delivery as it is the most secure and scam avoidant way of doing this.

Does your son happen to live in Africa or Nigeria?
