I returned a faulty item through eBay a few weeks after I received it (in December) and the seller refused to give me a refund. So I opened a case with PayPal and now they’re asking me for tracking information which I don’t have because I returned the item 3 months ago and the seller confirmed that he had received it!! Where do I stand with this? I’ve emailed PayPal but just had the standard automated response of “we need the tracking number”. eBay are useless too - I sent the seller a screenshot of the tracking but apparently I can’t access the sent message on eBay because the transaction is too old! I know I should have kept the receipt until I got the refund... please can anyone help!!
