Return poiicy. Where will the refund be applied?

  • I'm returning a partial package that I had paid for with PayPal. Will PayPal return it to my credit card which is not a PayPal credit card.   Also I read that PayPal has free returns, do I need a PayPal credit card for that?

your seller should process your return ,if you have open a case with PAYPAL,and ask Paypal to review the case,then Paypal is involved,
