Resolution Centre- case reversal details

Hi, 

 I sold some shoes on my depop account the money came through normally as I've sold things like this before, I withdrew the money into my normal account to pay for postage on the shoes, immediately after doing so I got an alert saying there was an issue. I'm extremely frustrated as my account went into a negative amount so I added the money back in from my account, the money I withdrew never actually went into my account, my funds are being held so I ended up paying double for the shoes I just sold. I don't understand why my account is still under review as I replied to the issue on the 26th of march and there's still been no response or resolve of the issue. I did eventually send the shoes as it was unfair to keep the buyer waiting. I'm a student and losing money is not an option, please can I have some help resolving the issue?
