I received items from a seller that were much too small for me. I wear medium for all my clothing, bathing suits, etc and this clothing that I purchased was described as Medium. I received the clothing but it did not fit (much too small for me) and I tried to return/exchange it for the Large size. The seller offered to refund 1/2 of the purchase price and I would keep the items. I found that not acceptable because I am not able to wear the clothing thus making it financial loss for me. Paypal stepped in to make a final decision and decided with the seller. I find this to be completely unnaceptable but I am not able to dispute Paypal's decision. How do I contact Paypal to see if this matter can be escalated.
