I bought some fuel injectors. Using the company's parts matrix, I chose what appeared to be the correct part. Due to a failure of some sort in the company's parts matrix, it let me choose the wrong part. I called on the phone, sorted out the problem, chose the right parts on a new order and commenced with returning the incorrect parts. I used an automatically ebay generated shipping label that automatically charged my paypal account. I tried to follow the "Request a return shipping refund" process, but it wants me to upload a picture of the shipping label that paypal/ebay should already have.
What do I need to do to complete my "Request a return shipping refund"?

they do not have the shipping label, they have the tracking number, weight etc but not the label itself,so you can try reprint shipping label, copy it and upload it.

I had same issue, except I purchased shipping label (with tracking) direct thru PP. I contacted Support. This went on for over a month receiving different info from Paypal Support. There seems to be a great divergence in training & experience amongst these Reps. Everytime you follow up, it is a different Rep who brings a new outlook on the situation. First one told me to send label picture (which I did) and wait 3 weeks as USPO must be convinced the label was not used. Second one told me since I did not cancel the transaction with USPO within 48 hours, I am **bleep** out of luck. Third one told me original picture label could not be read by the first Rep, so go bac to "GO" and start again with new picture. Fourth one said she could see what happened and made a "one time" forgiveness for my stupidity and lameness, despite the fact that there is no where I could find where I could get USPO to cancel a prepaid shipping label.
I hope this helps.

to void a shipping label, just find the transaction and choose void label and a reason, any reason.
no need to get Paypal involved,it is USPS which decides ,if it is not used,it will refund after x number of days.
I agree with you on Paypal reps,205 countries and 25 currencies, zillions of ways to connect debit/credit cards.gift cards, prepaid cards and banks and PAD,and line of credit and working capital ,how do you expect a clerk to know it all?
how much do they get ?$11.95 an hour?

Yes I do! They are Support/Cust Svce "Reps." That means they represent the co. If they cannot perform, it means Paypal cannot perform and customers will stop using certain products. The more business Paypal loses, the more the free market will work at. Eventually other purveyors of this servie will come into being, pick up the pieces and rise in maret share.
That's why we Paypal allows this forum? Not just to save money on Support personnel, but to improve their product.
