I bought some fuel injectors. Using the company's parts matrix, I chose what appeared to be the correct part. Due to a failure of some sort in the company's parts matrix, it let me choose the wrong part. I called on the phone, sorted out the problem, chose the right parts on a new order and commenced with returning the incorrect parts. I used an automatically ebay generated shipping label that automatically charged my paypal account. I tried to follow the "Request a return shipping refund" process, but it wants me to upload a picture of the shipping label that paypal/ebay should already have. What do I need to do to complete my "Request a return shipping refund"?
