Refund for smarthphone screen and logics behind it

Hy,
I bought lcd + digitizer for LeTV Pro One which I paid 45 $ ( 1/4 of smartphone value ) from webshop and everything came packed good without any problems.

I didnt want mess installing so I took it to local smarthphone service and paid 20 $ for installing screen because I dont have any experience and make sure everything is as it should be.

This I paid 20 $,next day I picked up smarthphone and first of all capacitive buttons didnt illuminate and they told me screen wasnt original.

Okay,nevermind,everything works and I wont complain.

I want to mention tempered glass was installed also and when I inserted gently LeTV into sillicone case,screen cracked in upper middle area,tempered glass intact.

Then next day clouding ( white area on black background ) appeared on two spots.

I requested refund and the funny thing PayPal wants me to send screen/lcd back to China.

So,let me get this clearly.

Value of screen is 45 $.

I should play shipping fee 25 $ and again pay local smarthphone service price of removing screen about around 20 $ ?

I bought things from Ebay and first time this they gave me only this option ?

What to do ?

Wehre is the seller located?  What website did you use for purchase?

Was the item from the same maufacturer as the phone?

PayPal policies required buyer to pay return shipping.  It's something to consider when buying good deals on the internet.

Seller is in Hongkong I think.
Webshop is Vopmart.

Description said it was oem part for my smarthphone and everything is tested and working.

So, you need to pay return shipping to China if you want a refund.  It's just PayPal policy to consider before making your next international purchase.

Was it a new boxed item? Was it described as a new boxed item?  Was the brand identified?

What manufacturer was actually marked on the item you received?
