Hi, so I recently made a purchase and paid through paypal. It originally was smooth going, then the communication with the seller stopped. I tried for awhile to restart communications, that didn't work so just requested a refund. After that he delivered my product so I cancelled it. Well now I'm having issues with it (pc) where it freezes up on the desktop at times but more frequently in games. So I contacted him and explained it, he communicated for one day. Now he hasn't communicated in over a week, so I filed for a refund stating all this. He cancelled it with no response. I'm honestly over trying over and over to get ahold of him. I would just prefer my money back since it seems like he has no interest in taking care of the issue. How can I go about it now that he cancelled my first request.
