It is too light and small to read ,but if he has sent your 2 payments under friend and family, then it is a cash gift from him,he gets no buyer protection.

if he sent under goods and services, item not received, you get no seller protection as services cannot be tracked,Paypal will ask you for tracking number showing it has been delivered.

if he files item not as described under goods and services,he would be asked to return the item, and in your case there is nothing to return, but he can always return an empty envelope with tracking.

Thank You! I see în transaction this: "Ok to ship to the address on this page. Save your tracking or shipping info. Follow the requirements for Seller Protection. Print packing slip. I think this transaction was for a goods, in this case i can receiver money back from held? I don't know this, i don't sell anything. I have conversation from skype and Freelancer i can proof with this. Probably he make this scam intentionally for after i finish work, he can get money back! P.s: sorry for my bads in english again.

First of all, you sold a service.  The sender did not pay you for fun.  Freelancing is a business so you have to operate like one.

Have contracts and send detailed PayPal invoice of what was done and you should not allow your clients to just send money to you with no invoice or do anything to avoid fees and commissions because freelancer site can help protect you as well.  The best way was to mail a copy of your work on CD.  You are paid almost $500, surely you can mail a CD to your client to protect yourself.  That is a little price to pay to protect yourself to follow rules of PayPal Seller Protection.

Second, you can select "disagree with the claim and provide additional information" to try to fight the claim as in the second picture. Unfortunately though, I do not see you winning this dispute because the way you did business on PayPal did not protect your rights.

Three, digital goods and services unfortunately are not covered under seller protection unless you sent a hard copy of your work  by postal mail with tracking because PayPal generally deal in tanglible items with tracking to prove delivery so, you have to put back the money you took out to pay back PayPal because the client will win unless a miracle happens and you win the case and can keep the money.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

It is too late now to ship anything with tracking to Australia, unless you ship DHL overnight express.
