Problem with gearbest

Hi all. I bought something from gearbest. When I was buying I chused shipping method where was written that item will be arrived within 10-25 business days. About tracing number, it is not being updated over 25 days, and seems it is missing......
It semms to be , that gearbest does not have actual or latest estimated delivery date, and does not guarantee item arriving on time.
Tell me please, what timeline I should be aware of? What are you think I should do?
I purchcased the item 30 days ago.

If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days from date of payment to file a item not received dispute so no need to panic just yet. Are you located in Russia? Sometimes it takes awhile to arrive. Plus it is holiday shipping season so things get get a little slow. Did they provide a tracking number? Try tracking it here: http://www.trackitonline.ru
