Please help!!!

Hi! I'm trying to close a dispute as it was resolved. I've followed all of the directions and when I get to the end it ask me the question "Are you want to close this dispute?" But it doesn't give me a yes or no option??? I've been tryung for days to close this dispute from both the desktop site and my mobile app and can't get rid of it! Thank you!

When a dispute is resoolved through PayPal is closes automatically.

 

What was the dispute?  How was it resolved?

I filed a dispute to get my money back because I hadn't received what I paid for after two weeks of waiting. Then the next day I got the item. Ever since then I've been trying to cancel the dispute. The seller contacted me this morning and said that it is still in dispute and my refund is still pending. Thank you for replying!!

You should check the transaction detail for the item.  Did the seller initiate a refund?  If your PayPal transaction shows a refund pending, then the dispute has been resolved by PayPal so you can't close it.
