I sold a game item about a week ago on ebay, today I closed down my paypal account and made a new one to start fresh.
I just got into my email, and I found out one of my buyers filed a dispute against me saying they bought an item with unauthorized payment. (meaning they're saying that someone bought the item without their permission)
Thankfully, I recorded the transaction of me giving the item to their account including the part of them saying their username, and very specific on character details. They ALSO left me positive reviews on both items they're trying to refund ($45 and $16 items)
It was disputed on a closed account and I can't respond.... Any suggestions on what I do? Will ebay refund them? I'm shocked because $45 and $16 is apart of the money I'm saving for my ebay invoice but because of the dispute, I will be under for the invoice. Please help!
P.S i have not connected yet my card to my paypal account and I have no money on the account either.....
