Paypal Limiting my account

My account was limited by paypal last March 22nd 2016. I already gave them information. My passport ID and my billing address. Up untill now they havent restored my account to normal. Can anyone help me. No one from paypal has contacted me that they are resolving this issue. I have funds stuck in my account. I don't like what is happening. I feel abused by them.

Below is the email I received;

Dear (my name),
Your PayPal account has been limited because we've noticed significant changes in your account activity. As your payment processor, we need to understand these changes better.
This account limitation will affect your ability to:

send money
withdraw money

Also, you won't be able to:

remove any bank accounts
remove credit cards
close your account

What to do next
Please log in to your PayPal account and provide the requested information before 6 May 2016 through the Resolution Center. If we don't receive the information before this deadline or we notice additional significant changes in your account activity, your account access may be further limited.
After we receive and review your documentation, we'll email you regarding the status of your PayPal account.

The reason for this is that I made a mistake and typed in the wrong card information and when I withdrawn my funds to my debit card, the funds came back to paypal and now they acted to limit my account. Now, no body from paypal is trying to help me. All my messages from their system is being deleted. It is stated there that all messages will be deleted in 90 days but it has only been 2 days then they deleted everything.

I need help. I want to sue them for this.

You have a right to sue; just hire a lawyer and do so at your expense.

 

Why do you need to provide passport ID?

Where are you located?

Where is your banking located?

What location do you use for PayPal?

 

What documentation did PayPal request?

 

What transcations have your conducted recently?

I'm working as a Virtual Assistant. The only payment I recieved is from my employer and a friend from USA who gave me $50 coz its my birthday. Thats it.

This means you are not in the U. S., correct?

Working as a virtual assistant seems to be a business venture as you receive funds for your work.

 

Perhaps PayPal noticed international financial transactions which triggered the limit.

VAs in the Philippines have low salary. I barely reached the limit. $500 AUD/ month is not even half of the daily limit...
