Paypal just canceled my credit card because someone hacked it off of ebay, the only problem is Paypal canceled someone elses card, my card still works and the last four digits they sent me were not from my card at all.
How can I contact them with this issue? Their automated system stinks, I do not have a printed or a fax and the last phone call I made I was on hour for an hour and forty minutes before a customer service representative came to help. There has to be a better way.
