I paid for an item with a discount coupon of $15.00 and received the verfication clearly in an email from eBay and also from Paypal. Yet I was charged full price. I have sent screenshots clearly showing that the company did not credit their coupon yet Paypal has denied the claim. What is going on? What can i do about this?
