Not received product

I filed a claim with PayPal about not receiving product and they were told that the company did mail out and I supposedly received.  I have called the company but everytime the line is busy and therefore I have emailed them twice with no reply.  How can I get my money?

If you paid using a Credit Card, it's very possible that the card issuer can assist you.

 

Else you’re not satisfied with how your claim was decided, it is possible to appeal the outcome.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center.
  3. Select Closed Cases from the list and find the transaction.
  4. Click the View button in the Action column.
  5. Click Appeal this claim and follow the prompts.

Note: After a claim has been closed, you have 10 calendar days to appeal the decision.
